Library
The Master Gardener Library (also called the HotLine Library) is located at the OSU Extension Office. The Library contains books, Fact Sheets, Bulletins and other horticultural research resources. The Library is available for personal research as well as for the HotLine. The Library materials are available for reference use at the Extension Office, not for check-out for home use.

Presentation Aids
The Master Gardener program has two sets of laptop computers and digital projectors which may be reserved and checked out for Master Gardener presentations. Please contact the OSU Extension office at 216-429- 8200 for reservations.

Master Gardener Volunteers are required to solicit Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity (AA/EEO) demographic data from participants and audiences at all programs and presentations. Participants and audience members are not required to fill out and return the tendered forms, but the forms must be offered. An "And Justice for All" poster must be displayed at all programs and presentations..

How to Set up the Computer and Projector for a Presentation
Step-by-step guides for setting up a Master Gardener laptop computer and digital projector to present a digital program. All the steps and connections for the equipment are shown. A stand-alone printed guide (the handout below) is among the materials in the carrying cases for each combo. The presentations (each in one part) are on both laptop computers and may be viewed on the laptops alone prior to connecting and setting up the projector. Scripts for both presentations are also provided if stand-alone hard copy is desired.
